The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 12936 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Shri Ashish Kumar Singh, Advocate, representing the opposite party has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that vide order dated 7.2.2025 the claim of the applicant has been decided by the opposite party. The order dated 7.2.2025 has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
