Grievance is that without any authority of law the respondents are proceeding to dispossess the petitioner and demolish his construction in the nature of toilet existing on his Abadi land, which abuts Chak Marg. 2. Learned Standing Counsel states that there is an issue relating to demarcation of Chak Marg viz-a-viz Abadi land of petitioner, which can be examined by the competent authority under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition, permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.3 by instituting proceedings under Section 24 of the Code, 2006 for demarcation within two weeks from today, alongwith certified copy of this order. Respondent no.3 will ensure that appropriate demarcation of petitioner's Abadi land viz-a-viz Chak Marg is undertaken, after notice to aggrieved person, if any, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
