This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.2 to decide the case no. 997 of 2025 computerized case No. T202502030400997 (Jameela Begum Vs. Istiyak Ahmad and others) under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 pending before Upziladhikari/ Sub Divisional Magistrate Judicial Tehsil Handia District Prayagraj since 22.11.2024 (Vide Annexure No.1 to this writ petition) forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court" 2. It is contended that partition suit filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration which is registered as Case No.997 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T-202502030400997). The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon authority concerned to decide the Case No.997 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T-202502030400997) filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
