However, on the said date, the suit itself was dismissed vide separate judgment and decree dated 09.10.2024. 2. Faced with the same, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail his remedies as available in law. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
