Petitioners, who have been arrayed as accused in case FIR No.151 dated 01.11.2019 registered against them at the instance of respondent No.2- Vinod Kumar (complainant) for commission of offences punishable u/s 420/465/467/468/471/120B IPC at Police Station Bahawala, District Fazilka, have filed the present petition for quashing of the aforesaid FIR along with all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that petition for quashing of the aforesaid FIR on the basis of the compromise has since been allowed. Therefore, in view of the same, the present petition has become infructuous. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
