On query he submits, he does not have instructions on view taken by the Lucknow Bench in a batch of writ petitions, lead case being Writ C no. 798 of 2024 (Anil Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others) has been interfered with. Respondent no.3 is directed to issue the certificate pursuant to Anil Kumar (supra). Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his application dated 27th August, 2025 to said respondent.
