The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 324(5), 326 of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Ishraque Zeya Khan, learned J.M.F.C., Dhanbad. Petitioner is the one of 59 accused persons, who are alleged to have set ablaze the office of AJSU Party, Kharkahari Talab. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come on the basis of information given by undisclosed sources. Mr. Sardhu Mahto, learned A.P.P. after query, he conceded this fact. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ishraque Zeya Khan, learned J.M.F.C., Dhanbad or his successor, in connection with Madhuban P.S.
