Challenge in this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is to summoning order dated 01.03.2024 submitted passed in Complaint Case No.506 of 2023, under Sections 354, 323, 504 IPC, P.S. Amroha Nagar, District Amroha pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate-I, District Amroha. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicants submits that he wants to withdraw the application and liberty may be given to the applicants to file a bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction. 4. In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to appear before court below and file an appropriate application for bail, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
