The third respondent had received the notice but neither appeared in person nor through a counsel. The main original petition is to grant of Prabate in respect of the Will executed by the late N.Balasundar, who is the father of the applicant/petitioner. The first respondent is a wife of late N.Balasundar. The respondents 2 and 3 are his daughters. 4.Considering the above fact, the application to reopen and recall is allowed.
