By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, it has been apprised by learned Standing Counsel that the marriage has been solemnized between petitioners nos.1 and 2, but it is apparent from the records that petitioner no.2 is not having the marriageable age till today and as such no protection can be granted by this Court. 4.
