Heard Sri Arun Kumar Pundir, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Sudhanshu Srivastava, learned counsel for respondents. 2. Petitioner is put under suspension vide order dated 28.05.2025. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that till date no charge sheet has been served upon petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that he has not received complete instructions, however, in case no charge sheet is served upon petitioner till date, respondents will be communicated to expedite the procedure. 5. In view of above and taking note that petitioner is under suspension for last 4 months and till date no charge sheet has been filed, therefore, it is directed that in case no charge sheet is served upon petitioner within 10 days, the suspension order shall be kept in abeyance and in case it is served within aforesaid period and with cooperation of petitioner, disciplinary proceedings are not concluded within six weeks thereafter, then also, the suspension order shall be kept in abeyance. 6.
