The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated. He is in custody for 225 days. Chrgesheet has been submitted. Investigation is complete. His further custodial detention is not necessary. He prays for bail. 2. Learned State advocate tells us that commercial quantity of solidified, coagulated juice of opium poppy was seized from the petitioner. He has criminal antecedents. Bail should not be granted to him. 3. In view of the involvement of commercial quantity of narcotics and in view of Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner’s prayer for bail, at this stage. 4.
