State of U.P. and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 386 of 2023, under Sections 302, 120-B, 147, 148, 149 I.P.C., Police Station Kiratpur, District Bijnor, pending before the Sessions Judge, Bijnor to some other court of competent jurisdiction at Bijnor. No one has appeared on behalf of applicant. Learned A.G.A. is present. Complainant-Applicant has prayed for transfer of the subject trial on the ground that the accused have good political connections, who are proclaiming that they would be acquitted. A perusal of the paper-book would reveal that the transfer application moved before the Sessions Judge, Bijnor already stands dismissed vide order dated 20.8.2024 and the said order is based upon correct appreciation of the facts and circumstances of the case. Besides, the grounds raised for transfer of the trial are vague. The application is dismissed.
