Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the anticipatory bail application. 4. I have considered the overall allegations levelled in the FIR and contentions made by the counsel for the parties. 5. Looking to the overall facts and circumstance of the case moreover custodial investigation of the accused petitioners is not required. The offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioners are exclusively triable by Magistrate and accused- petitioners are ready and willing to cooperate with the investigation, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to allow the anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioners- 1. Ajruddin @ Ajru @ Kala S/o Mamrej, 2.
