1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ and quash the impugned order dated 30/9/22 (Annexure P-5) to the extent of petitioner services in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ and quash the impugned order dated 1/12/22 (Annexure P-8) in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to produce the entire record of transfers of the petitioner for perusal of this Hon'ble Court.
3 10.4 Any relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favor of the petitioner together with cost of the petition..”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent/State agreed with the
submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and has no objection.
