Learned counsel for the petitioner submits controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered with the judgement of the Apex Court passed in Civil Appeal No. 9165- 9172 of 2010 (Sunil Kumar Verma and others vs. State of U.P. and others) as well as this Court in Writ A No. 3860 of 2020 (Deen Dayal and 14 others Vs. State of U.P. & others), which was decided vide orders dated 9.9.2015 & 19.9.2024, therefore, this petition may also be decided on the same terms and conditions. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents submitted that petitioner may be directed to file fresh representation alongwith certified copy of judgments and orders dated 9.9.2015 & 19.9.2024 passed in Civil Appeal No. 9165-9172 of 2010 & Writ-A No.3860 of 2020. In case any such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided at the earliest. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to move fresh representation alongwith certified copy of judgments and orders dated 9.9.2015 & 19.9.2024 passed in Civil Appeal No. 9165- 9172 of 2010 & Writ-A No.3860 of 2020 before respondent No.1 within two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed, respondent No. 1 is directed to decide the same in accordance with law maximum within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
