HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 14820 of 2025 Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the notice dated 21st August, 2025, wherein he has been directed to show cause as to why his pay refixation may not be ordered with effect from 2008 and consequential recovery may not be made for the excess payment of salary already drawn by him. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner first to offer his explanation/reply to the show cause notice dated 21st August, 2025 within a period of four weeks from today and as soon as such reply submitted to the concerned respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the matter of notice within a further period of two months.
