The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this petition and expedite the proceeding of counter claim dated 26.02.2004 filed against civil suit no.934 of 2001, Jabbaru Nisha Vs. Puttan. and others within stipulated period of time, pending in the court of the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court no.6, Fatehpur, and/or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned civil suit is pending since 2001 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court no.6, Fatehpur, to consider and decide the aforementioned civil suit No.934 of 2001 and counter claim of the petitioner, in accordance Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rajendra Prasad Pandey, Rakesh Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : Abhishek Shukla .....Petitioner(s) Puttan And 14 Others .....Respondent(s) with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 18 months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
