1. Heard Mr. Sudeep Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Kanwaljeet Singh Saini, learned Panel Lawyer for the State/respondent/s as well as Mr. Avinash Singh, Advocate for the respondent No.3/VYAPAM.
2. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief/s:
“10.1 To kindly direct the respondent authorities to produce the entire records of the present case before this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 To kindly issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the respondent authorities to recognize & consider the petitioner's D. El. Ed. qualification as a valid & requisite qualification for the post of Assistant Teacher and further to allow the petitioner to consider her application in the counseling procedure and amend the provisional list accordingly. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief to the petitioner which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit & appropriate as per the

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this Court has passed order dated 10.09.2024 in WPS No. 2287 of 2024 directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner on the basis of D.Ed. Degree obtained by her prior to issuance of the advertisement, however, respondents have not considered the case of petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court and have not published name of petitioner in the list of candidates called for counselling.
4. Learned State counsel was directed to seek instruction in this respect and based on the instruction received, he submits that
3 due to inadvertent mistake, name of petitioner could not be considered and published in the list of candidates called for counseling.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of case, particularly the submission made by learned counsel for the State, the petitioner is permitted to make a suitable representation along with the order dated 4.2.2025. In case the petitioner approaches the respondent authorities for redressal of her grievance as raised in application, the case of the petitioner will be considered and decided by respondent concerned in accordance with law expeditiously, keeping in mind the order dated 10.09.2024 passed in WPS No.2287 of 2024 and if the petitioner is found eligible, her name be published in the list of eligible candidate. Though similar order has been passed by this Court way back on 03.02.2025 and accordingly the respondents have initiated proceedings for counselling, but in this case the petitioner has approached this Court in a very belated stage, even than if there lies any scope, the respondents are directed to act in accordance with law.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands
disposed off.
