HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 14813 of 2025 Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order dated 25th September, 2025 whereby he has been reattached to Ratanpura Block. It is contended that the petitioner has been reduced to status of a shuttlecock by transferring him repeatedly from one place to another place without assigning any administrative exigency. Per contra, learned Standing Counsel submits that since the petitioner has already submitted joining pursuant to the transfer order dated 12th September, 2025, on 23rd September, 2025, petitioner can only make an appropriate representation before the competent authority namely respondent no.2, who may decide his representation in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that petitioner shall move an appropriate representation within two weeks before respondent no.2, who shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
