Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the A.G.A. for the State. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing Impugned F.I.R. dated 26.08.2025 (Annexure No. 1) arising out of Case Crime No.0317 2025 Under Section 3(5),316(2),126(2),351(2) ,79 and Added Section 64(2)m B.N.S, P. S.- Raunapar, District Azamgarh. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents not to harass or arrest the Petitioner in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 26.08.2025 (Annexure No. 1) arising out of Case Crime No. 0317 of 2025 Under Section 3(5),316(2),126(2),351(2),79 and Added Section 64(2)m B.N.S, P. S. Raunapar, District Azamgarh." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
