JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 12-11-2025 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with regard to petitioner nos. 2 & 4 as they have already been arrested during pendency of the case.
2. Permission is granted.
3. This anticipatory bail application with regard to petitioner nos. 2 & 4 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57258 of 2025(3) dt.12-11-2025 2/2 State.
5. Petitioner nos. 1, 3, 5 & 6 apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
6. Informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped son of the informant. During course of investigation, victim was recovered and he named these petitioners as his kidnappers in his statement recorded under Section 183 Cr.P.C..
7. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the above named petitioner nos. 1, 3, 5 & 6 is refused.
