Gogoi for the petitioners (i) Adil and (ii) Adnan who have filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as they are apprehending arrest in connection with PRC No. 960/2024 arising out of Nalbari Police Station Case No.90/2024 under Sections 380 of the IPC. 2. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. D. P. Goswami for respondent State. 3. It is submitted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge-sheet has been laid against the petitioner under section 380 of the IPC. It is further submitted that the petitioners are willing to appear before the I.O and co-operate with the trial. 4. I have considered the submissions at the bar. The petitioners are directed to approach the learned CJM, within 20 days and the learned CJM, Nalbari shall pass an order to release the petitioner on bail of Rs. 25,000/- each with a local surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalbari and bail conditions may also be imposed to secure the attendance of the petitioners. 5.
