Heard Mr. Umair Mahmood, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafar Abbas, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.4. The petitioner challenges the First Information Report dated 15.09.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No.0364 of 2025, under Sections 342, 376, 386, 120-B, 420, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Seohara, District Bijnor. A perusal of the impugned FIR shows that there is determined act of ravishing the prosecutrix after calling her over to a remote place in the fields by the petitioner. Matter of this kind requires thorough investigation by the Police. There is no feature to this case, which we may scrutinize for its validity in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. This petition is summarily dismissed.
