JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 17-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 132, 109, 121(2), 285, 293, 112(2), 125, 313, 265 and 61(2) of the BNS. 3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the named accused persons along with 20 unknown persons assembled near the campus of Lahariasarai Police Station for release of one Md Rabbani, who was arrested by the Police in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 425 Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72347 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 of 2025. It is further alleged that all of them blocked the road and pelted stones on the Police party. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are only members of the mob. Nobody has sustained injury in the entire occurrence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S.
