Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the respondents have already passed order dated 20.01.2025 rejecting the claim of the petitioner in pursuance of the show cause notice dated 19.12.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the said circumstances, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the notice as well as order dated 20.01.2025, in accordance with law. 4.
