The instant writ application has been preferred by the Petitioner for the following reliefs:- (a) Dor For the the issuance of an appropriate Writ(s), direction(s) and/or order(s) for quashing the letter dated 20.12.2024, issued by C.D.P.O, Chandrapura, Dist-Bokaro, Annexure-4 Series, Whereby and where under notice has been issued for holding fresh Aam Sabha related to selection of Anganwadi Sahayika Telo Madhya, Maaintola, Chandrapura, Bokaro. (b) For issuance of a further Writ of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ(s), order(s), direction(s) commanding upon the concerned respondent especially Respondent no. 8 to ( 2025:JHHC:11573 ) dispose of the petitioner's representation and to issue an appointment letter in favour of the petitioner post of Anganwadi Sahayika, as she was selected by Aam Sabha. (c) For further issuance of any other appropriate relief(s) to which the petitioner may be found entitled in law and equity under the facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the Petitioner had filed several representations before all the authorities but till date, his case for appointment has not been considered. As such, she prays that the instant writ petition may be disposed of by directing the 8th Respondent to consider her representation and take a decision in the matter with regard to the prayer made in the instant writ application. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondents fairly submits that since the counter-affidavit has not been filed in this case, as such the Petitioner may be directed to file fresh representation. 4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the 8th Respondent to consider this writ application as representation and take a decision in the matter pertaining to the prayers made in the instant writ application by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Petitioner is also directed to serve the copy of this writ application along with this order to the 8nd Respondent at the earliest. 5.
