Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation was made on 20.01.2025 before the Chairman, West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Co. Ltd. being the respondent no.2 in the instant application, seeking compensation for damage caused to the Vastu Land situated at J.L. No.19, Mouza- Bishnubati, L.R. Dag No.1325 under L.R. Khatian No.1588 within Santoshpur Gram Panchayet, Police Station-Tarkeswar, ADSR-Tarkeswar, District-Hooghly. Learned counsel appearing for the WBSETCL submits that the pending application will be considered by the respondent no.2 at the earliest. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the application. Let the representation dated 20.01.2025 be considered by the Chairman, West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Co.
