This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent no. 2, 3 and 4 to remove the illegal encroachment from the petitioner's Gata No. 88 situated in Village Gauriya Nayan, Tappa-Belwa, Pargana- Amodha, Tehsil- Harraiya, District Basti and take necessary and legal action against the respondent no. 7 and 8 forthwith. 2 issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent no. 2, 3 and 4 to consider and decide the applications/representations of the petitioner dated 14.07.2025, pending before them, within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that demarcation proceedings was carried out pursuant to the order passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pursuant to which, the private-respondent nos. 7 and 8 had illegally removed the pillars so affixed. 3. The petitioner has remedy of filing an application under Section 22/23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, for reddressal of his grievance. In case, the same is filed, the authority concerned shall deal with it, strictly in accordance with law. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. October 6, 2025 A. V.
