The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per F.I.R., on 13.05.2014, some unidentified persons killed son of informant and threw his dead-body in bamboo cluster. 4. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the restatement of the informant wherein it has come that Bhabhi of informant saw this petitioner and others taking away the deceased (son of informant).
