The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned award of Assistant Labour Commissioner/Commissioner Kanpur Region dated 30.11.2024 passed under the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923 as well as recovery citation dated 28.08.2025. Against the award impugned dated 30.11.2024 passed under the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923, the petitioner has a remedy of preferring appeal under Section 30 of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923, which has not been filed. In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned award under Section 30 of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923.
