The revision is a year old one and therefore, the Court is not inclined to adjourn the hearing of the same on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. The Court is, however, of the view that liberty should be granted to the petitioner to revive the revision in case any cause of action survives till date. 2. Accordingly, it is ordered. 3.
