By means of the present application, the applicant has prayed for extending the mandate of learned Arbitrator for pronouncing the award.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that she does not intend to file reply to the application. She further submits that the respondent has no objection for allowing the application and for extending the mandate of learned Tribunal in view of the pleadings in the application.
3. In view of the reasons given in the application for applicant’s non-appearance before the learned Arbitrator on 25.06.2024, i.e. the date fixed in the judgment dated 29.05.2024 passed in Arbitration Appeal No.39 of 2024 as also the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondent and as mutually agreed between the parties, the application is allowed. The mandate of learned Tribunal for pronouncing the award is extended by
31.12.2025. The parties, through their learned counsel,
are directed to appear before the learned Arbitrator on
05.07.2025.
The application stands disposed of in the above terms.
