Heard learned Counsel Mr.A.K.Azad for the petitioner Raham Ali who has filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Kokrajhar PS Case No. 186/2024 under Section 365 of the IPC. Page No.# 2/3 2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor Mr.K.K.Das is present for the State respondent. 3. The petitioner is apprehending arrest as his friend Meser Ali had disappeared. The petitioner is the prime suspect in disappearance of his friend who was returning from Delhi. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that only on the ground of suspicion, the petitioner is apprehending arrest. Police has interrogated his wife as well. 5. I have considered the submissions at the Bar and I have also scrutinized the Case Diary. The merits of this case are not brought to the fore as investigation is still under progress. 6. The allegation against the petitioner is that he earlier used to work with Meser Ali. Meser Ali thereafter went to Delhi and after his return from Delhi, he disappeared. On suspicion, the petitioner has been interrogated by the police. 7. At this juncture, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. 8.
