Case No. 130/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 414 of the I.P.C. & Section 21(b), 25 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Hazaribag. 3. On 26.09.2024 at about 2:30 A.M., Katkamsandi police intercepted a Baleno Vehicle at Bhanjhia More and apprehended co-accused persons. On search, 25 grams of brown sugar were recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co- accused persons. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S.
