JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 15-11-2025 Pre-arrest bail application with respect to above mentioned petitioner nos. 1 & 3 has already been withdrawn vide Order No. 2 dated 08.09.2025. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 3. Petitioner no. 2 apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126, 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 4. As per prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant by means of iron rod. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55313 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/2 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. 6. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application. 7. Considering the nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner no. 2 in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.
