Side) __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 17014 of 2025 ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with blood related sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 19638 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's mother and father died and he has no blood relatives. He would submit that he is unable to surrender blood sureties before the concerned Magistrate. Therefore, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court. 3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.19638 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025 is relaxed.
