Petitioner claims that he was allotted land way back in the year 2020 after approval having been granted by the Sub-Divisional Officer. The possession of the land in question was not handed over to the petitioner. Ventilating his grievance, the petitioner had moved an application before the Sub-Divisional Officer on 13.09.2025, which is pending consideration. 2. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 3- Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Salempur, District Deoria to decide the application dated 13.09.2025 of the petitioner, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3.
