This application has been filed under Section 430 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for suspension of sentence imposed upon the applicant by the learned Addln. Sessions Judge No. 2, Nagaon in Sessions (T2) Case No. 138/2016 as well as for allowing the applicant to go on bail. 3. The applicant Md. Kafiluddin @ Kabiluddin @ Kapiluddin was convicted by the learned Addln. Sessions Judge No. 2, Nagaon in Sessions (T2) Case No. 138/2016. 4. I have gone through the judgment and I have also considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. Kafiluddin @ Kabiluddin @ Kapiluddin by the learned Addln. Sessions Judge No. 2, Nagaon in Sessions (T2) Case No. 138/2016 shall remain suspended till disposal of the connected appeal. 7.
