No. 861 of 2025 3. Since the police have referred the matter to the RDO for conducting the Peace Committee, the petitioner is directed to participate in the proceedings before the RDO. The RDO shall consider the claims of both the groups and decide the issue. The Government shall also nominate any individual to conduct any important festival at the particular time. 4. With the above direction, this writ petition(crl.) is disposed of.
