Heard Sri Rupendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking to raise a grievance that the boundary pillars which were affixed consequent to an order dated 19.04.2021, under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, were forcibly removed by certain private parties. It is not disputed that in regard to the aforesaid grievance the petitioner would have statutory remedy under Sections 22/23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in view thereof the present petition would not be entertainable. The petition is accordingly disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
