Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 191(2), 190, 221, 222, 223, 115(2), 117(2), 109, 121(1), 121(2), 132, 324(4), 352, 351(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 3 of the Damage to Public Property Act. 3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons blocked the road and obstructed the police from discharging their official duty. It is further alleged that the accused persons also assaulted the police party with lathi, danda and iron rod due to which some of the police personnel sustained injury. 4. Considering the nature and seriousness of allegation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9225 of 2025(2) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 refused.
