The petitioners herein hailing from Odissa found in possession of 4.106 kgms of ganja meant to be distributed to the students. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that investigation yet to be completed. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioners. 5. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
