Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to implead the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms as respondent no. 08, in course of the day.
2. Heard Majid Mahboob Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
3. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order
Patna High Court CWJC No.16380 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/3 dated 02.07.2025 passed in Mutation Case No. 92 of 2025-26 by which on flimsy Ground the petition has been rejected; (ii) for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to mutate the name of the petitioner's husband who is the right full owner of Khata No. 61 Plot No. 884 Sub Plot No.B-16 area 4.60 decimal Khalilpura situated at Mauza; (iii) for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Circle Officer to produce entire record of mutation Case No. 92 of 2025-26; (iv) for issuance of any other writ/writs direction/directions
order/orders command/commands as your lordships deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition to move before an appropriate authority.
