By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner has alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 31.07.2025, passed by this Court in CWP-21768-2025 (Annexure P-3). 2. Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, Addl. A.G., Haryana, for the respondents, upon instructions from Mr. Saurabh Ahlawat, E.E. No.1, P.H.E.D., Yamuna Nagar and Mr. Rajjan Verma, DAO, P.H.E.D. No.1, Yamuna Nagar, who are present in the Court today, submits that intimation about the order dated 31.07.2025 (Annexure P-3) was received by the respondent on 29.08.2025 and before that, recovery for the month of August, 2025 was already made, as per the Pay Slip (Annexure P-5). However, the respondents undertake that no such recovery would be made for the upcoming months, in compliance of the order dated 31.07.2025 (Annexure P-3).
