The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 16.07.2025 passed in CRM- M-37062-2025, whereby, respondent No.2 was directed to decide application-cum-representation dated 26.05.2025 filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from 16.07.2025, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. 2. Notice of motion. 3. On asking of the Court, Mr. Animesh Sharma, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of State and contends that in compliance of order dated 16.07.2025, a speaking order dated 17.09.2025 has been passed. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner and also placed on record. 4. A perusal of speaking order dated 17.09.2025, shows that order dated 16.07.2025 passed in CRM-M-37062-2025, has been complied with. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
