JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 17-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 200/2023 dated 17.08.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 304B, 201, 367, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78220 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/3 co-accused person are alleged to have killed the informant’s daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and have disappeared the dead body of the deceased. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law, the petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law, the petitioner no. 3, 4 and 5 are sister-in-laws and the petitioner no. 6 is mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners neither demanded any dowry nor tortured the deceased. Learned counsel has submitted that the daughter of the complainant fled away with Kumud Kumar on 08.04.2025 and till date she is residing happily in Bengaluru. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78220 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 3/3 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 200/2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. 7. This application stands allowed. atul/- (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) U T
