Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main case is fixed for hearing before this Court on 17.09.2025 and on her oral request, the main case may be preponed to today since the prayer in the present application is for withdrawal of the main case. She further submitted that the main case has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR and now since the matter has been compromised between the parties, the petitioner wishes to file a fresh petition for quashing of the FIR based upon compromise.
