The Court made the following Order:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are arraigned as Accused Nos.2 and 3 in S.C No.177 of 2025, for the alleged offence under Section 351(2) of the BNSS and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scs, STs (POA) Act, 2015.
2. It is submitted that the 2nd respondent has filed a complaint against the petitioners and the husband of the 1st petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are housewives and have no connection with the alleged offence.
4. Considering the submission, the petitioners are housewives and are not involved in the alleged offence. This Court deems it appropriate to dispose off the criminal petition by dispensing with the presence of the petitioners herein in S.C.No.177 of 2024, subject to the petitioners submitting an undertaking to the Special Sessions Judge for the trial of SC and ST (POA) cases, IV Additional District Sessions Judge, Guntur, to appear as and when directed and required for the purpose of investigation.

5. With these observations, the criminal petition is disposed off.
