This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3, Naib Tehsildar Pahadi, Tehsil Sadar, District Mirzapur to decide the objection dated 8.8.2022 of the petitioner/objector before deciding the mutation case no. 5678 of 2022 (computerized case по. T202216530105678) (Kusum Devi Vs. Ram Singh) under section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 8.8.2022 expeditiously if possible within stipulated period and further direct the respondent no. 3 not to pass any mutation order till the disposal of objection dated 8.8.2022 of the petitioner/objector.." 3. From perusal of the record, it is apparent that above-mentioned case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
